Description
The Employment Support Specialist connects individuals with meaningful employment opportunities, builds relationships with employers, helps people develop workplace skills and independence, and coordinates training, supports, transportation, and community resources. The role also requires accurate documentation, compliance with DRS, DDS, and Home of Hope requirements, and willingness to work client-based schedules, overtime, and periodic intrastate travel. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalency, at least six months of service-oriented experience, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, First Aid/CPR training, and a criminal background check.
