Ability Beyond is hiring a part-time Job Coach in Danbury or Waterbury, Connecticut, to provide one-on-one employment support to individuals with physical, intellectual, developmental, and mental health needs. The role involves helping clients identify and achieve employment goals, monitoring progress, communicating with coworkers and supervisors, motivating and guiding clients, and assisting with scheduling and team meetings. The schedule is mostly weekdays between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. with some flexibility, and the pay rate is $20 per hour. Applicants need a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and an interest in psychology, human services, and advocacy for diverse populations.
