Description
ACLD is hiring a Job Coach to provide on-site job coaching and advocacy for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities during intensive and follow-along phases of supported employment. The role includes completing SAP plans, case notes, monthlies, DDPs, and other documentation; conducting on-site observational assessments; maintaining case files; preparing ACCES and OPWDD documentation; coordinating with supported persons, families, and employers; and attending staff meetings and training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid New York State driver’s license, and completion of 24 hours of OPWDD training within the first year; an associate’s degree and one year of vocational or pre-vocational experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility needed.
