Description
The Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job sites to help them learn skills and become independent. The role involves building relationships with individuals, families, support teams, and employers; learning job fields and the community; and helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and grow professionally. It is a full-time, entry-level position paying $19.00 per hour plus a possible $2.00 shift differential, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid training benefits.
