Chrysalis is hiring a Job Coach to provide vocational rehabilitation and customized employment support for at-risk adults and juveniles with intellectual disabilities. The role trains individuals for workplace duties, builds relationships with employers and coworkers, identifies accommodations, monitors performance, supports person-centered plans, completes required documentation, and may include shifts in Chrysalis homes or day programs. The position offers $16.25–$19.50 per hour, with part-time scheduling of 20 hours and potential full-time assignment of 30–40 hours, plus weekend availability.
