Description
Chrysalis is hiring an Employment Coach to provide customized employment services to at-risk adults and juveniles with intellectual disabilities and medical issues. The role includes job discovery, job-search planning, job development, employer relationships, job negotiation, workplace coaching, performance support, documentation, and post-employment assistance. The coach works under the general supervision of a Supportive Employment Specialist, manages a case load of 8–15 individuals, and must maintain regular attendance, follow safety and privacy procedures, and complete required training and certifications. The position pays $16.25 per hour.
