Description
The Job Coach supervises, trains, coaches, and supports service participants in performing duties at various Goodwill job sites. The role includes monitoring production quality, maintaining work areas, documenting participant and production records, coordinating with job-site management and counselors, and participating in Individual Habilitation Service Plan meetings. It requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in an industrial contract production center or social-service employment-training setting, and the ability to work across multiple sites and flexible schedules.
