The Job Coach supports individuals seeking employment by developing job-seeking skills, acting as a liaison between employers and employees, helping individuals learn or relearn job tasks, and completing necessary paperwork. The role is full-time with variable hours mainly on weekdays between 7 AM and 8 PM, requires a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a GED, high school diploma, or equivalent, and pays $16.00–$17.00 based on education and experience. Paid two-week training is offered, and health, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program are available.
