The Arc of Anchorage is hiring a Job Coach/Employment Specialist to support participants of its employment program in attaining and retaining community employment. The role provides one-on-one or small-group coaching, job-site assessment, training, supervision, transportation coordination, employer monitoring, documentation, and support for essential life skills and health needs. Applicants must be located in Alaska to be eligible for an interview, and the position requires a high school diploma or GED, with employment-services certification and one year of experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
