Benchmark Human Services is hiring a part-time Job Coach to provide individualized training, coaching, support, and transportation to people with disabilities seeking community-based employment. The role covers Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties, with additional South Bend and La Porte areas mentioned, and requires a flexible weekday and weekend schedule, including daytime and evening shifts. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalency, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and three years of continued and verifiable employment within two years of application; experience with people with disabilities is preferred. The position pays $16.50 per hour.
