Description
The Arc of Anchorage is hiring a Job Coach in Integrated Employment Services to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral disabilities in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. The role develops individualized employment plans, provides job readiness, applications, on-site training, supervision, and retention support, coordinates transportation, communicates with families, employers, and community partners, and documents service progress. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office use, a valid Alaska driver license, a personal vehicle, a clean driving record, insurance, background checks, TB clearance, and mandatory agency training. Applicants must be located in Alaska to be eligible for an interview.
