Learning to Thrive is hiring a full-time Job Coach for its new Grass Valley, California location to support and advocate for adults with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on employment and pre-employment skill development, activity and social inclusion, participant safety, documentation, collaboration with participants and support networks, and training team members. The position requires a minimum age of 18, DOJ Livescan clearance, MVR, CPR and first-aid certificates, a pre-placement physical and back assessment, and a negative TB test within the past 12 months. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a variable schedule possible, and pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience, with dental, health, and vision insurance.
