The Job Developer supports young adults ages 18 to 40 in the CRED workforce initiative by developing employment and internship opportunities, providing job readiness training, coaching, employer partnerships, placement follow-up, and retention support in construction and healthcare sectors. The role works under the Program Manager, collaborates with case managers and mental health professionals, and requires in-person availability five days per week, flexible hours, and travel between boroughs.
