Community Mainstreaming Associates is hiring a full-time Job Developer to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful employment. The role assesses participants, develops employer and community relationships, generates job leads, supports job-search activities, coaches participants through placement, maintains employer and participant communication, and documents employment outcomes. The position is based in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York, requires travel throughout those counties, a personal vehicle, and 2–3 years of relevant experience. It pays $24.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
