Community Mainstreaming Associates is hiring a full-time Job Developer to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful employment. The role assesses participants, develops employer and community relationships, generates job leads, supports job-search activities, coaches participants through placement, maintains employer communication, and documents employment outcomes. The position is based in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York, requires travel throughout those counties, a personal vehicle, and 2–3 years of relevant experience. It pays $24.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
