Dixon Hall is hiring a full-time permanent Job Developer in Toronto, Ontario to support employment and settlement services. The role focuses on working with clients to provide job search support, job matching, placements, retention strategies, employer engagement, job fairs, workshops, and ongoing follow-up on employment outcomes for up to 12 months. Candidates need post-secondary education in marketing or business administration, or equivalent experience, plus knowledge of labour market conditions, employment barriers, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
