Global Kids is hiring a full-time Job Developer to connect youth with paid and unpaid work experience placements, develop employer partnerships, provide individualized job placement and career coaching, support onboarding and workplace readiness, monitor placement outcomes, and maintain program data. The role requires workforce development, job placement, or career counseling experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of labor markets and employment laws, and the ability to work independently; a bachelor's degree and WIOA experience are preferred. The position pays $47,000 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, personal days, and sick days.
