Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is hiring a full-time Job Developer in Queens, New York. The role develops community-based job opportunities for rehabilitation consumers, schedules interviews, places consumers with employers, maintains employer and placement documentation, completes reporting and CARF-compliant case records, and supports job fairs and employer education. The position requires a valid driver’s license, transportation access, strong communication and organizational skills, and is expected to work in the community in addition to the main office.
