The position requires a high school diploma, 7+ years of employer outreach, sales, marketing, or related experience, and 3+ years of training or related experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role requires driving for work, travel between sites, and passes relevant screenings and criminal background checks. The average starting salary is $44,000 to $51,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, and retirement benefits.
