Easterseals New York is hiring a Job Developer for the OASAS-funded FORGE program. The role focuses on developing and maintaining employer relationships, generating and verifying job leads, supporting job placement and retention for people recovering from substance use disorder and other high-barrier populations, coordinating employment events, collaborating with vocational rehabilitation and community partners, conducting labor market research, and maintaining accurate program data and reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and at least three years of relevant experience. Compensation is $66,300 per year with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
