Easterseals New York is hiring a Job Developer for its OASAS-funded FORGE program to build employer relationships, identify and verify job leads, coordinate recruitment events, support job placement and retention, conduct labor-market research, and maintain employer and placement records. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and at least three years of experience in job development, workforce development, employer services, recruitment, business services, human services, recovery, reentry, or a related field. Compensation is $66,300 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
