Westhab is hiring a Job Developer for its Employment Services CRED Program in the Bronx, New York. The role develops and maintains employer relationships, identifies suitable employment opportunities for program participants, coordinates job fairs and recruitment, maintains a job bank, delivers job-readiness and job-search training, arranges interviews, provides labor-market information, places participants in internships and jobs, and monitors placement success. The position requires an associate’s degree, two years of relevant experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, and a car available for work.
