BARC is hiring a Job Developer for its Employment Development & Exploration Day Program. The role creates and implements employment curriculum, seeks community employment opportunities, evaluates individuals’ interests and skills, networks for job leads, attends recruitment events, advocates for individuals served, and may provide direct care coverage. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for 37.5 hours, requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and involves travel within Connecticut.
