Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a Job Development Coordinator in Lagrange, Georgia, to develop and administer job placement strategies for disabled youth, adults, and other at-risk populations. The role partners with employers, government agencies, and community organizations; creates job specifications and placement plans; coordinates workshops and referrals; tracks placements and retention; and participates in recruitment events. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, prior employment staffing experience, and experience in sales, marketing, employment counseling, or job development, with Georgia workforce-development and social-service-system experience preferred.
