Description
The Job Developer supports Building Paths graduates and alumni across the DC/MD region by developing employer relationships, identifying employment opportunities in building trades and construction, providing job-search and placement assistance, coordinating job fairs, supporting Career Development Plans, and maintaining participant and program data in the Efforts to Outcomes system. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of relevant workforce development or related experience, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience; a bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical training is preferred.
