Description
The Job Developer supports Building Paths graduates and alumni in the DC/MD region through job development, employment placement, career development, resume and interview preparation, employer outreach, job-fair coordination, and ongoing alumni follow-up. The role also maintains participant and program data in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) system and supports workforce development activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in workforce development, human services, employment services, job development, recruiting, or a related field.
