Description
Arc Broward is hiring a Job Readiness Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities and their families by helping them develop resumes and portfolios, complete job applications, prepare for interviews, and succeed in the workplace. The role requires a high school diploma, six months of prior work experience supporting individuals with disabilities, local travel in a personal vehicle, a valid Florida driver’s license, and a successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
