Description
Dexterity is hiring a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to develop machine learning solutions for robot task and action planning, including perception, decision-making, action scoring, predictive modeling, sensor fusion, state estimation, and physical AI. The role owns the full ML development cycle, builds scalable PyTorch training and inference pipelines, integrates models into real-time robotic systems, and maintains production-quality Python and C++ code. Candidates need a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mathematics, at least five years of industry experience applying machine learning to production systems, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, Linux, Git, CI/CD, and software testing. The expected base salary is $170,000 to $225,000 annually.
