Learning to Thrive is hiring a full-time Program Instructor for its new Grass Valley, California location. The role provides leadership and support for programming activities for adults with developmental disabilities, ensures participant safety and ADA and Title 17 compliance, assists with daily living needs, develops age-appropriate activities, documents care services, and supports a small team of Program Assistants. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience, and includes dental, health, vision, and paid time off benefits.
