LIGNUM BAYERN is hiring a joiner/woodworker master or Technical Site Manager for timber construction projects across Bavaria. The role coordinates assembly deployments, leads carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors, ensures quality and schedule compliance, manages material logistics, resolves technical issues, and documents progress and handovers. Candidates need timber construction expertise, team leadership experience, excellent German, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Bavaria. The position is available full-time or part-time, with compensation based on performance and travel-related allowances.
