Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of Department of Defense experience in joint or combined headquarters, major commands, or higher headquarters
5+ years of military exercise planning at Component Command, Combatant Command, or Service level, including JELC, JTS, DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS
3+ years of Joint Fires or multi-domain operations planning
3+ years writing annexes or appendices for joint Combatant Command campaign plans, CONPLANS, OPLANS, and Base Plans
Preferred Qualifications: Experience planning and conducting exercises with allies and foreign partners
Ability to operate as a flexible self-starter in a high-OPTEMPO environment
Excellent analytical skills at strategic and operational levels
