Description
Linchpin Solutions is hiring a full-time, onsite Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center. The role provides advanced Tactical Data Link instruction, curriculum development, courseware and training-management support, practical exercises, interoperability analysis, and instruction for resident, distance-learning, and Mobile Training Team courses. The instructor will serve as a lead instructor and Subject Matter Expert for U.S., allied, and coalition forces, with CONUS and OCONUS travel required. The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, a JT-301 course graduate, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of Tactical Data Link experience, prior military instructor experience, and operational JICO or related multi-TDL experience. Compensation is $85,000-$100,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
