DHL Express is hiring a Joint Ventures Data Entry Agent at its Erlanger, Kentucky hub to support the efficient pickup and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments. The role includes shipment processing, documentation and manifesting, import/export documentation, customs clearance, customer service, data entry, flight manifesting, and file management. A high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and prior experience in service, production, or support are required; customer service and industry experience are preferred.
