The Machining Operator I performs basic machining operations on conventional or CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders. The role involves preparing work areas, interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, processing metal parts, inspecting components with measuring instruments, and reporting deviations. A high school diploma is required, while a technical qualification in machining, mechanics, or a related field is preferred. The position requires shift availability and residence in Joinville or nearby, with an in-person selection process.
