Description
Nascency is seeking a Surrogacy Journey Success Coordinator, also described as a Case Manager, to manage a portfolio of surrogacy cases and serve as the primary contact for surrogates and intended parents. The role coordinates legal, medical, financial, travel, and administrative activities; maintains case documentation; supports client satisfaction; and develops CRM workflows and scalable policies. It requires at least 1.5 years of case-management experience in surrogacy, strong communication and organizational skills, CRM experience, knowledge of clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements, and flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours availability.
