Victor Energy, a powerline contractor acquired by Java Holdings Ltd., is hiring Journeyman Powerline Technicians and 3rd Year Powerline Technicians for a work opportunity in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The role involves constructing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground distribution and transmission power systems, including poles, towers, cables, conductors, transformers, switches, and related equipment. Technicians will also perform high-tension stringing, work at heights and in adverse weather, read construction prints, mentor junior personnel, and follow safe work practices. The schedule is six weeks on island followed by two weeks off, with covered accommodations and flights, overtime, health-related benefits, RRSP matching, and wellness support.
