Design Solutions and Integration is hiring a Journeyman Electrician in Midland, Texas, to install variable-frequency drives and other electrical equipment in Bakken Basin oil fields. The role involves configuring and wiring AC/DC controllers, interpreting electrical schematics, bending and filling conduit to code, and working outdoors. Applicants must hold a Texas Journeyman license or a reciprocating state license, maintain a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate a team-oriented, safety-focused approach. The schedule is 10 hours per day, six days per week, with possible shifts to 12 hours per day and seven days per week.
