Description
The Electrical Foreman / Journeyman Electrician will lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects while performing hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include assigning crew tasks, installing conduit, transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers, reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical faults, conducting safety briefings, managing materials, and maintaining compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA requirements. The role requires 4–5 years of commercial or industrial field experience, at least 1–2 years leading small crews or acting as a lead journeyman, a valid state Journeyman Electrician license preferred, OSHA 10 certification, and the ability to pass MVR, drug, and background checks.
