The Journeyman Engineer maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems in a facility. The role includes preventative maintenance, service-call coordination, vendor and contractor oversight, building-system monitoring, safety and regulatory compliance, capital-improvement support, and communication with property management and tenants. It is a Monday-through-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. position in Santa Clara, California, paying $76.50 per hour with weekly pay, and is part of LOCAL 39, which provides benefits, pension, and a 401(k).
