Description
The Millwright is responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. The role also supports production, waste, and quality goals; communicates maintenance needs with operations associates; and requires a flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays. The position involves working in high or confined spaces and performing physically demanding industrial work in hot, humid, cold, and noisy environments.
