Mid-State is hiring full-time Journeyman Pipe Welders to perform structural and pipe welding with MIG, TIG, and stick techniques; interpret blueprints and weld symbols; conduct inspections and repairs; and comply with safety standards. The role requires at least four years of welding experience, reliable transportation, flexible scheduling, and travel to client and customer sites. The main office is in Van Wert, Ohio, with work that may include evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts in industrial or harsh outdoor environments.
