Skillforce is hiring Journeyman Rodbusters in Orlando, Florida for ongoing projects. The role involves reading blueprints and shop drawings, measuring, cutting, bending, tying, assembling, and installing reinforcing steel and structural frameworks, and collaborating with welders, fabricators, carpenters, and production teams. Candidates need prior experience as a Rod Buster, Ironworker, Rebar Installer, or Structural Steel Fabricator, blueprint-reading and measuring skills, reinforcing-steel fabrication experience, physical ability, attention to detail, and OSHA 10 certification. Pay is $25–$28 per hour, with weekly pay, paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k).
