Powell Canada is hiring a Journeyman Welder for its Electrical Division Edmonton (EDE) location. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor of the Fabrication department and involves fitting weldments, operating CC and CV welding machines, performing complex welds, using plasma cutters and other fabrication equipment, maintaining welding tools, and mentoring apprentices. Applicants must hold a valid provincial or interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman’s Welder certification, have overhead crane and forklift operation experience, and be legally authorized to work in Canada; immigration sponsorship is not typically available.
