Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a senior Journeyperson Electrician to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and testing of high-voltage electrical equipment in substations ranging from 13.8 kV to 500 kV across British Columbia. The role includes installing structural steel, buried utilities, ground grids, cabling, and power-system equipment; operating construction equipment; ensuring compliance with electrical codes, permits, safety regulations, and company standards; and leading, mentoring, supervising, and training Electrical Apprentices. The position requires travel to remote and out-of-town project sites, work in adverse weather and at heights, and completion of safety-sensitive pre-employment screening.
