Description
The Jr. Accountant will support the Finance team across multiple North American business entities by preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, supporting SOX testing and audits, preparing financial analysis, and contributing to process improvement and automation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, fluent English, general ledger and month-end close experience, journal-entry and reconciliation proficiency, ERP familiarity, and strong analytical and deadline-management skills.
