INSPYR Solutions is hiring an Assistant Controller / Junior Controller in Farmers Branch, Texas, on a hybrid schedule primarily onsite with remote flexibility. The role manages the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; maintains the General Ledger and balance-sheet reconciliations; oversees transactional accounting across multiple entities; prepares U.S. GAAP financial reporting; supports audits, tax, consolidations, and accounting projects; and leads an accounting team of approximately 11 employees. The position offers up to $130,000 in base salary and requires accounting fundamentals, close and reporting experience, team leadership experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
