Magna International’s Massiv Die-Form division is hiring a permanent Stamping Die Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and release of medium- to large-scale automotive cast and hot-stamping dies. The role covers formability and dimensional simulation, springback compensation, GD&T and metallurgical failure analysis, vendor and engineering reviews, quality and KPI audits, and process improvement. Candidates need an engineering degree or related tooling/stamping experience, closure-panel experience, sheet-metal formability knowledge, stamping-process knowledge, simulation software familiarity, CAD knowledge, and relevant safety and quality training.
