Laland Baptiste, LLC is hiring an entry-level Jr Estimator in New York City for an on-site, full-time role. The position develops construction cost estimates across pre-construction through closeout, performs quantity take-offs, reviews drawings and contract documents, supports bid leveling and scope reviews, evaluates change orders, and tracks budget variations. Candidates need 3–5 years of construction estimating experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, proficiency with estimating and takeoff software and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of construction methods and New York market pricing, and strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
