Jacob Bros is hiring a Buildings Estimator to prepare full-cycle cost estimates for institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. The role involves analyzing specifications and proposals, developing bid strategies, calculating material takeoffs, reviewing estimates, supporting design and value-engineering options, and maintaining supplier and subcontractor relationships. The position is 100% office-based and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least one year of relevant estimating experience, knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software and related tools, and Canadian work eligibility.
