Description
The Junior Program Manager will support the execution of programs for customers in commercial space/aerospace and defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. Working under senior program management leadership, the role coordinates schedules, deliverables, resources, customer communications, performance metrics, contract administration, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, reporting, program reviews, and documentation. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, basic program or project management knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 0–3 years of relevant experience; exposure to ERP/MRP systems, aerospace or manufacturing experience, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field are preferred. The role involves exposure to manufacturing areas and requires personal protective equipment, with a stated salary of $70,000–$80,000.
